Durability

The ability of a product, component or material to remain functional and relevant under specified conditions of use, maintenance and repair, until the technical end of life. Durability often refers to the physical capacity of a product to resist wear, damage, or degradation, but it can also encompass technological durability, for instance, the ability to remain effective through software updates.
